Job Summary
Salesforce Field Service Solution Architect role focused on leading end-to-end Salesforce deployments. Translate customer requirements into Salesforce design, configure Field Service Cloud, drive SDLC, manage multi-environment deployments, integrate with legacy systems via Salesforce APIs, and deliver user training and documentation. Collaborate with Enterprise Service Cloud teams and AI initiatives to deliver scalable, best-practice solutions for complex customer service workloads. Requires 3+ years in technical consulting/project management, Salesforce delivery experience, and Salesforce certifications; remote and in-person options available across US with potential hybrid arrangements in Massachusetts.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years project experience in a hands on technical consulting and project management role
- 2+ years of project delivery experience with Salesforce
- Demonstrated ability to document requirements for technical resources, and ability to fully understand technical solutions leveraging Apex, VisualForce and Web Services
- Experience leading Enterprise Service Cloud projects - including ground-up Field Service and Sales Cloud deployments
- Experience leading multiple Salesforce Project deployments including release and multi-environment management, integration to legacy systems using Salesforce APIs, and requiring original code development
- Professional experience owning the end-to-end Software/Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC) including structured code management, project management expertise and process methodology
- Deep understanding of Salesforce administration required (Service Cloud and Sales Cloud)
- Expert-level experience in designing and creating Service Cloud solutions using Salesforce declarative configuration
- Experience with Communities and Wave Analytics highly preferred
- One or more current Salesforce certifications (Admin/Advanced Admin, Sales/Service Cloud/CPQ/Field Service, Platform Developer 1 or 2, App Builder), multiple certifications preferred
- BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar technical degree or equivalent experience
- Remote & In-Person collaboration across HQ, regional hubs, and remote work
