Job Summary
Salesforce Solution Architect to lead enterprise Salesforce transformation initiatives, designing end-to-end Salesforce architectures, defining technical strategies, and ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions. Responsibilities include leading architecture and design of enterprise Salesforce solutions, creating architecture diagrams and roadmaps, defining data architecture and governance, designing complex integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, event-driven architectures), establishing enterprise security standards (identity and access management), collaborating with executives and technical teams, mentoring developers and leads, and driving delivery oversight with focus on best practices, standards, and successful multi initiative execution.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years of IT experience
- 7+ years of Salesforce architecture experience
- Proven experience leading enterprise Salesforce implementations
- Strong expertise across multiple Salesforce Clouds
- Experience designing large-scale integrations and enterprise solutions
- Deep understanding of Salesforce platform limits and architecture patterns
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with enterprise architecture frameworks
- Experience in highly regulated environments
- Strong background in cloud-native architecture
- Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, and release management processes
- Experience working with executive stakeholders
