Job Summary
Salesforce Solution Architect to lead design and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales and Service Cloud, including integrations with Guidewire and Genesys, data modeling, security, and roadmap ownership. Responsible for defining best practices, leading internal/partner teams, and ensuring architecture aligns with business goals and regulatory requirements. Emphasis on complex integrations, omnichannel contact center experiences, and enterprise systems collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of hands-on experience delivering Salesforce solutions, with at least 3+ years in an architect or lead role
- Deep expertise with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, including case management, routing, knowledge, and sales processes
- Experience designing and implementing integrations between Salesforce and enterprise systems (APIs, middleware, event-driven patterns)
- Practical experience with at least one major contact center platform integrated with Salesforce; Genesys experience strongly preferred
- Proven experience with complex data modeling, sharing/security model design, and performance optimization on Salesforce
- Strong skills in gathering requirements, defining user stories, and communicating solution options and trade-offs with stakeholders
- Excellent communication and documentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences
- Preferred Experience in insurance, membership, or financial services, ideally with Guidewire and Genesys integrations to Salesforce
- Salesforce certifications such as Application Architect, System Architect, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Platform App Builder, etc.
- Experience with Salesforce Voice/telephony integrations and Scheduler (field/service or member appointment scheduling)
- Experience with Agile delivery, DevOps practices, and tools for version control and CI/CD in Salesforce environments
