Job Summary
Salesforce Software Engineer III at JPMorganChase within the Asset and Wealth Management Technology Team. You will be a seasoned member of an agile team responsible for designing and delivering trusted market-leading technology products in a secure, stable, and scalable way. Responsibilities include executing software solutions, producing secure production code, creating architecture and design artifacts for complex applications, and developing data visualizations and reporting from large data sets. You will identify hidden data patterns to improve coding hygiene and system architecture, contribute to communities of practice, and foster an inclusive team culture. Requires formal software engineering training or certification and 3+ years of applied experience, strong front-end Salesforce development (Lightning Web Components, JavaScript frameworks), experience with Agentforce/AI agents in Salesforce, enterprise Salesforce implementations, proficiency with modern programming languages and DB querying, SDLC knowledge, and agile practices (CI/CD, resiliency, security). Preferred: experience in Python or Java, APIs and webservices, and cloud technologies.
Required Qualifications
- Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 3+ years applied experience
- Hands-on practical experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability
- Proficiency in front end development in salesforce, including experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Javascript frameworks
- Experience in Agentforce / AI agents development in salesforce
- Experience in complex enterprise salesforce implementations
- Experience in developing, debugging, and maintaining code in a large corporate environment with one or more modern programming languages and database querying languages
- Overall knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle
- Solid understanding of agile methodologies such as CI/CD, Application Resiliency, and Security
- Demonstrated knowledge of software applications and technical processes within a technical discipline (e.g., cloud, artificial intelligence, machine learning, mobile, etc.)
- Preferred qualifications: Experience in python or java

- Exposure to cloud technologies
