Job Summary
Senior Technical Architect to design and manage the delivery of complex Salesforce solutions for customers, leveraging Salesforce products and APIs (Apex/Visualforce, Lightning, ETL/integration). Focus on scalable, high-availability architectures, AI-enabled delivery approaches, and ROI evaluation. Lead technical design sessions, govern coding standards, oversee custom development, integrations, and data migration, and collaborate with clients to translate requirements into well-architected Salesforce solutions. Role includes pre-sales support, POC development, and travel to client sites (approximately 50-75%). The position requires deep expertise in Salesforce architecture, data security, deployment methodologies, and experience across the full Salesforce product suite, with ongoing certifications.
Required Qualifications
- Degree or equivalent proven experience required
- 14+ years CRM experience with a minimum of 6 years on the Salesforce platform
- Expert level understanding of the Salesforce product suite (Sales, Service, Community, Marketing)
- Understanding of systems architecture and scalable, performance-driven solutions
- Knowledge of data integration tools and Salesforce integrations (ETL, CPQ, marketing automation, reporting)
- Active Salesforce certifications or ability to achieve relevant certifications upon hire
- Experience with API integration, security patterns (TLS/SSL), environment/release management
- Strong background in design/development of large web-based systems
- Willingness to travel 50-75%
