Job Summary
Partner with local markets and regional stakeholders to analyze processes, gather requirements, and facilitate structured discovery sessions. Own project delivery end-to-end, from scoping and configuration through production deployment, while conducting gap analyses to design Salesforce solutions that drive measurable business improvement. Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories, manage and prioritize an active backlog, and act as the escalation point for system issues. Represent the region in discussions with global counterparts to influence roadmap direction and ensure regional priorities are well-represented. Conduct user training and maintain documentation to keep users across multiple markets operating effectively.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a business analyst, systems, or consulting role, with a meaningful portion in Salesforce-specific work and a demonstrated track record of delivering complex projects independently
- Hands-on Salesforce experience as a power user, configurator, or administrator, with the ability to translate requirements into system design
- Strong stakeholder management experience — comfortable engaging and influencing across functions and seniority levels, from market operators to regional leadership
- Experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria for CRM or SaaS implementations, working alongside product managers and engineers
- Experience facilitating structured requirements workshops with participants across multiple functions
- Excellent ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, and business context to technical teams
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams in a fast-moving, often ambiguous environment
- Fluent in English, written and spoken
