Job Summary
Own end-to-end technical implementation of features from design through deployment, defining incremental architecture strategies aligned with the Maison's IS model. Implement clean, well-tested Apex and Lightning Web Components with full automated unit test coverage, while leading structured code reviews and pair programming sessions. Manage CI/CD pipelines to automate testing and delivery, reduce technical debt, and act as a Level 3 expert in incident management to diagnose and fix production bugs under SLA. Deliver complete project solutions aligned to specifications, mentor junior developers, and contribute to roadmap elaboration within SAFe ceremonies. Collaborate closely with Paris-based product teams and enforce code standards across the squad.
Required Qualifications
- 6–8 years of confirmed hands-on Salesforce platform development experience
- Deep expertise in Apex (triggers, batch jobs, async patterns) and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Proficient with Salesforce declarative tools: Flows, Process Builder, Validation Rules, and Permission Sets
- SOQL/SOSL query optimisation and governor limits mastery
- Salesforce DX (SFDX), VS Code Salesforce Extensions, and Git-based development workflows
- CI/CD tooling for Salesforce: Copado, Gearset, or equivalent deployment pipeline tools
- Strong Test Driven Development (TDD) discipline with high unit test coverage standards
- Integration patterns: REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and Change Data Capture
- Code review leadership — ability to set and enforce coding standards across a multi-developer squad
- Pair programming culture — comfortable both leading and participating
- Technical documentation: architecture decision records, solution design docs, and operational runbooks
- Agile / SAFe methodology: PI Planning, Sprint cadences, and Backlog management experience
- Incident & Demand Management: ServiceNow

Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud or Field Service Lightning
- Exposure to Salesforce Marketing Cloud (AMPscript, Journey Builder, Data Extensions)
- Knowledge of Salesforce MuleSoft or other middleware/integration platforms
- Experience working in Luxury, Retail, or Fashion industry CRM environments
- Understanding of Salesforce AI capabilities: Einstein, Agentforce, or Copilot features
- Integration Architect certification — Tech Lead
- Sharing & Visibility Architect certification — Tech Lead
- Identity & Access Management certification — Tech Lead
- French language proficiency (Nice to Have — product teams based in France)
- Experienced in Agile methodologies and consulting (a plus)
