Job Summary
Design, develop, and implement custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components while configuring declarative tools like Flows and App Builder. Create and manage custom objects, fields, and workflows, then automate marketing campaigns and customer journeys within Marketing Cloud. Integrate these clouds with external systems via APIs and manage data migration using Data Loader. Build sales-specific reports, dashboards, and lead management processes in Sales Cloud to improve pipeline tracking. Collaborate with stakeholders and analysts to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, following best practices for testing and deployment. Provide ongoing support, troubleshoot system issues, and contribute to code reviews and knowledge-sharing activities.
Required Qualifications
- 7 to 9 years of Relevant Experience
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (PD I)
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce declarative tools (e.g., Process Builder, Flows)
- Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture and design patterns
- Proven experience with Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud
- Experience in designing and deploying solutions that leverage Salesforce best practices within these clouds
- Experience with Salesforce integration tools such as REST/SOAP APIs, Middleware, and ETL
- Familiarity with Salesforce Data Loader, Data Import Wizard, and data migration strategies
- Experience working in Agile environments, participating in sprint planning, and delivering features in an iterative manner
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to understand and translate business requirements into technical solutions
Desired Qualifications
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification is a plus
- Additional Salesforce certifications in other relevant areas are a plus
