Salesforce Senior Analyst

Job Summary
Partner with business stakeholders to gather, document, and clarify Salesforce requirements, then translate them into functional specifications, user stories, and process documentation. Configure and support Salesforce features including custom objects, flows, and dashboards while collaborating on enhancements, releases, and solution design across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. Design and support enhancements leveraging AI Agentforce and Data Cloud capabilities, manage defect tracking, and conduct post-release validation. Create and maintain documentation such as process maps and data flows to ensure alignment with global standards. Manage and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, independently determining approaches to complex problems.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in MIS, Computer Science, or related field with 5–7 years of experience; or Master's degree with 4–7 years of experience
- 4+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Analyst
- Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
- Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM‐201)
- Strong business analysis skills, including requirements gathering, process modeling, and stakeholder engagement
- Proficiency with Salesforce reporting and dashboard creation
- Solid understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and core platform capabilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to communicate effectively with both technical and non‐technical audiences
- Experience working in Agile or Scrum methodologies
- Ability to solve complex problems where limited standardization exists
Desired Qualifications
- Salesforce Business Analyst Certification (BA‐201)
- Experience with Agentforce, Data Cloud, and advanced Flow capabilities
- Familiarity with integrations, data migration, and data quality tools
