Job Summary
Salesforce Senior Analyst in Bangalore, India. Responsible for supporting, enhancing, and maintaining Salesforce applications including L2/L3 support, bug fixes, code-level troubleshooting (Apex, Triggers, Flows), and minor enhancements to ensure smooth business operations. Key duties include providing L2/L3 support, performing code-level troubleshooting, fixing bugs and data issues, handling production incidents and RCA, implementing minor enhancements, supporting configurations (workflows, validation rules, reports), assisting in deployments and release activities, monitoring system performance, resolving issues, and collaborating with developers, admins, and business teams. Requires hands-on experience with Salesforce (Sales Cloud / Service Cloud), Apex, Triggers, Flows, SOQL, and data handling; able to contribute across deployment and release processes and ensure stable Salesforce operations.
