Job Summary
Join Salesforce as a Salesforce Architect, where you will lead digital transformation and business process optimization for clients. You will drive enterprise system vision planning, strategy formulation, and implementation using Salesforce. Responsibilities include engaging in transformation projects from strategy planning to execution, utilizing cutting-edge AI technology to enhance business outcomes, and participating in all stages of key projects including governance and optimization. Ideal candidates will possess significant experience in strategy design, governance, and project management, with strong leadership and communication skills to work with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of practical experience in Strategy & Change Design, Governance & Optimization, or Project Execution & Support.
- 3+ years of team leadership or project leadership experience.
- Ability to communicate effectively with C-level executives and stakeholders.
- Strong cross-departmental collaboration skills.
- Quick understanding of business requirements, Salesforce technical concepts, and methodologies.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and effectively use AI tools.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in AI and data application, data governance, or AI Agent related projects.
- Global project execution ability with experience in cross-national collaboration communicating in English.
- Performance in improving business efficiency using AI tools during consulting or system implementation projects.
- Salesforce certifications such as Application Architect or System Architect.
