Senior Associate, Salesforce Revenue Cloud implementation in PwC Acceleration Center India. Responsible for delivering Salesforce Revenue Cloud solutions, managing client-focused workstreams, developing training materials, and guiding technical and business stakeholders. Key activities include implementing Revenue Cloud to optimize client processes, project-management tasks aligned with timelines, training materials for Salesforce Service Cloud adoption, analytical problem-solving for business model development and process standardization, enterprise software and IT infrastructure integration, technical consultation to address client needs, architectural design and budgeting for Salesforce projects, deployment and enterprise integration efforts, adoption of emerging technologies, and facilitation of requirements elicitation and business process modeling to improve project outcomes.
