Job Summary
Lead Salesforce Service Cloud implementations to enhance client support capabilities and drive revenue growth; develop and optimize business processes through Salesforce Sales Cloud and Lightning; oversee integration of enterprise software solutions; collaborate with teams to design innovative technology solutions and drive project architecture; conduct requirements elicitation and business process modeling to align with client needs; provide technical consultation and support for Salesforce administration and technology integration; create and deliver training materials to facilitate user adoption and system utilization; apply analytical thinking to assess IT infrastructure and applications; participate in project budgeting and systems project management; embrace emerging technologies to foster creativity and innovation.
