Job Summary
Salesforce QA Senior Associate role at PwC Acceleration Center India, responsible for analyzing client needs, implementing Salesforce solutions, providing training and support, collaborating on process optimization using Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, developing project architecture and budgeting, and delivering high-quality client solutions. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- At least 4 years of experience
- Salesforce Certified Administrator; additional Salesforce certifications such as Business Analyst, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or other Salesforce Cloud certifications
- 4–8 years of experience in test automation with Selenium Automation and related automation tools
- Strong hands-on expertise in Selenium Automation and related automation tools
- Experience designing, developing, and maintaining automation test frameworks (e.g., TDD, BDD) with frameworks like Cucumber, PyTest BDD, TestNG
- Experience working in Salesforce environments; proficiency in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
- Ability to develop training materials for Salesforce implementations
- Willingness to embrace change and innovation in technology integration
- Ability to navigate ambiguity while building client relationships
