Job Summary
Conduct manual testing for Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementations while collaborating with delivery teams to validate functional and non-functional requirements. Determine level of effort estimations, monitor task execution, and ensure project milestones are met during agile sprints involving daily SCRUM calls. Develop or leverage automation frameworks for web services testing and provide independent task updates to stakeholders. Requires 4+ years of Salesforce QA experience, with a plus for automation frameworks, administrator certification, or strong conflict resolution skills.
Required Qualifications
- At least 4 years of experience in Salesforce.com as a QA
- Must have performed Manual Testing Process inside Sales Cloud or Service Cloud Implementations
- Able to work on agile projects, participating in daily SCRUM calls and providing task updates
- Must be a self-starter and able to work independently
- Good Organizational & Personal/Technical Problem Solving
- Good Rapport with Team Members, Conflict resolution & Decision-Making Skills
Desired Qualifications
- Hands-on Experience with Web Services & Automation - Framework development knowledge is a plus
- Sales force Administrator Certification or QA Automation experience will be a plus
