Job Summary
Lead Salesforce QA test design, implementation, and execution while leveraging AI tools for QA tasks. Manage cross-functional relationships with development, configuration management, program management, and product managers to maintain clear status updates to senior management. Develop risk contingencies and plans within Agile Development processes using Azure DevOps or Jira. Coordinate manual testing and test designing for Salesforce technology projects, ensuring high-quality delivery. Maintain cordial communication between all teams and drive strategic growth through operational and digital transformation initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant experience on manual testing
- Experience working with Salesforce Technology
- Experience leading the QA team
- Experience leveraging AI tools for QA tasks
- Maintaining cordial relationships between cross functional teams like development, configuration management, program management, product managers etc
- Sending crisp and clear status to the higher management
- Creating and defining risks contingencies and plans
- Experience with Agile Development processes, and methodologies
- Working knowledge of Azure Devops/ Jira or similar project management/issue tracking tools
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Salesforce Admin certification
Desired Qualifications
- Salesforce sales cloud consultant certification
- Exposure to Salesforce business analyst
- Experience with Salesforce automation testing
