Job Summary
Execute end-to-end manual testing for Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CPQ applications, including smoke, functionality, integration, and API testing with third-party systems. Develop test plans, write test cases, and report defects via JIRA while coordinating with developers and team leads. Conduct regression, sanity, and release builds on time, participating in standups and product reviews. Maintain documentation for test planning, execution, and reporting. Requires 7+ years of experience with mandatory Salesforce Sub Module Workflow and Live Chat knowledge. Evening overlap hours may be required.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 7+ years of relevant experience
- Salesforce Sales Cloud

- Experience on defect tracking tool Primary JIRA or any other relevant tool
- Good knowledge in Automation testing and writing scripts
- Good communication to interact with developer and team lead outside India
- Flexibility to work in the evening for few overlapping hours based on need
- Good hands-on experience in integration testing or API testing with 3rd Party Systems from Salesforce
