Job Summary
Salesforce & AWS Project Manager to lead implementations for Mid-Market & Enterprise clients, providing day-to-day leadership to analyze requirements, develop designs, and implement cloud-based solutions on Salesforce and Amazon Connect. You’ll act as the primary client contact, facilitate regular status meetings, define success metrics, own user stories with the Solution Architect, support UAT and end-user training, and manage SDLC as an Agile Scrum Master. The role involves coordinating with consultants and architects, overseeing delivery against timelines and budgets, and traveling up to 25%. Remote and in-person collaboration with our US-based teams is expected.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years project management experience with packaged software or custom development implementation on the Salesforce Platform
- Experience in a professional services/consulting environment
- Experience applying Agile approaches to project management
- Experience with salesforce.com or Amazon Connect, serving as project manager or scrum leader
- Experience with estimation/sizing and SOW/Change Order contracting
- Demonstrated experience facilitating requirements sessions, writing or grooming user stories, and presenting functional content directly to client stakeholders
- Salesforce or AI delivery/solution experience, specifically overseeing blueprint and implementation projects on the platform
- Certified Salesforce.com Admin with either Sales Cloud or Service Cloud Consultant certifications
