Salesforce Project Manager (LATAM)

Lead cross-functional teams (Consultants, Software Engineers, Designers) on Salesforce-driven IT projects from initiation to launch; define scope and estimate budgets, ensure requirements are documented and approved by clients; plan complex projects using agile methodologies, leading scrum rituals including stand-ups, sprint planning, grooming, release planning, retrospectives, and backlog refinement; manage and motivate teams and coordinate with resource management to secure required personnel; monitor and report on scope, budget, and schedule to ensure quality requirements are met; proactively communicate project status with internal and external stakeholders and mitigate risks and remove blockers; take ownership of project decisions aligning with client goals and fusionSpan's standards of excellence; serve as primary point of contact between clients and fusionSpan project teams, managing stakeholder expectations; maintain high levels of client satisfaction by delivering seamless project experiences; utilize project mgmt tools like Salesforce, Jira, Confluence, Google Drive, and Asana to keep the knowledge base up to date; navigate discussions with clients on scope, budget, and schedule changes.
