Job Summary
Oversee one or more customer projects by analyzing requirements, developing designs, and implementing cloud-based solutions on Salesforce and Force.com platforms. Act as the primary day-to-day point of contact for the client, managing relationships, financials, scope, and schedule while monitoring status and assessing risks. Facilitate regular status meetings with stakeholders, assist the consultant team in delivery presentations, and review deliverables before client sharing. Cultivate and manage highly functional teams through all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle, providing mentoring and guidance. Requires 7+ years of project management experience, Salesforce certifications, and PMP certification. Full-time role with occasional travel to client sites.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information systems or equivalent
- 7+ years project management experience in (Salesforce enterprise implementation required)
- salesforce.com certifications
- PMP certifications
- Previous Salesforce.com project management and delivery experience
- Previous project management experience using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Detail-oriented with the ability to quickly assimilate, willingness to learn new technologies, proactive entrepreneurial spirit, and reliability
- Strong team player with exceptional writing and communication skills
- Willingness to travel to client sites and internal meetings
Desired Qualifications
- experience implementing Agile methodologies preferred
- Government contracting experience with professional services/consulting organization a plus
