Salesforce Product Owner (m/f/d)

Own the Salesforce roadmap and backlog end to end, translating business needs from Sales, Operations, Finance, and Customer Success into clear requirements with acceptance criteria. Design, build, and test declarative automation including Flows, validation rules, and approval processes while managing the organization's AI layer. Scope Apex-heavy integration work with developers, reviewing output for maintainability and deciding what belongs in configuration versus code. Own day-to-day administration covering users, licenses, security models, profiles, sandbox management, and release operations. Protect data model integrity by preventing fragmented one-off requests and owning deduplication, validation, and reporting hygiene. Act as the single point of contact for the platform, setting expectations and reporting progress against automation targets. Based in Berlin, this role supports the A11 Ecosystem's supply chain platform and requires 5+ years of Salesforce experience with Administrator certification.
