Job Summary
Collaborate with engineering, design, QA, sales, and marketing to define product requirements, develop and prioritize the product roadmap, and deliver features and enhancements. Lead data-driven decisions to drive development, coordinate timely releases with development teams, conduct user acceptance testing, deliver product demonstrations and training, and support go-to-market positioning and enablement for software products in the asset-management space.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Product Manager in the software industry.
- Strong understanding of data center operations and/or asset management would be ideal.
- Excellent analytical and solution building skills, with the ability to translate complex technical requirements into user-friendly product features.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and executing product strategies and roadmaps.
- The ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Track record of successfully launching and managing software products throughout the product lifecycle.
