Salesforce Platform Lead

Job Summary
Lead the design, build and enhancement of Salesforce solutions, primarily using declarative tools, and own end-to-end delivery from design through testing, deployment and post-release support. Build and troubleshoot integrations with third-party platforms (CPQ, DocuSign, marketing automation, ERP and billing systems) while promoting data quality and governance. Identify and reduce technical debt, collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to refine requirements, ensure secure, maintainable releases, provide technical leadership and mentorship to admins/developers, and stay aligned with Salesforce seasonal releases to maximize platform value. This role sits within Fora’s Salesforce team, contributing to platform excellence and business growth through hands-on delivery and cross-functional partnership.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder or Sales Cloud Consultant are highly desirable
- Agile/Scrum certification, or experience working in Agile environments, is preferred
- Significant hands-on experience delivering Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions
- Strong declarative development skills, especially Flow
Desired Qualifications
