Job Summary
Salesforce Operations Specialist will own the Salesforce and related systems data quality for a nonprofit Advancement team, maintaining clean donor data, compliant gift records, and robust reports. Responsibilities include managing Salesforce Nonprofit Success Pack, integrating with third-party platforms (Notion, Donorbox, Shopify, BoldSign, Sage Intacct), building scalable processes from the ground up, developing SOPs, and collaborating across teams to ensure accurate, actionable data and efficient operations. This is a highly independent, part-time (20 hrs/week) remote role within the contiguous United States, with availability during core hours (8am–6pm CT) and occasional travel (1–2 times/year). The role emphasizes automation, data governance, and cross-system data health to support nonprofit fundraising decisions.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in Salesforce database work
- Demonstrated experience evolving a Salesforce instance
- Demonstrated ability to leverage Salesforce data for business insight
- Meticulousness around data integrity
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills
