Job Summary
Lead Salesforce Operations for the Sales and Renewals teams, owning end-to-end pipeline management, real-time forecasting, and the design/build of advanced Salesforce reports and dashboards. Drive data quality, enforce best practices, and deliver actionable insights to leadership. Collaborate with RevOps, Marketing, and Customer Success to align data and processes, while providing training and enablement to users. The role emphasizes strategic and hands-on ownership of pipeline health, forecasting frameworks, and Salesforce optimizations to support revenue growth.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience with Salesforce in an operations or administration capacity
- Advanced knowledge of Salesforce reporting, dashboard creation, and data analysis
- Demonstrated experience owning pipeline management and sales forecasting processes
- Strong understanding of sales processes, pipelines, and renewal cycles
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions
- Experience managing and supporting Sales and/or Renewals teams
- Salesforce Administrator certification preferred (additional certifications a plus)
