Job Summary
Sales Operations Associate, Systems at Picnic, based in Bogotá, will be the architect of Picnic’s commercial systems with Salesforce as the home base. You will design, build, and maintain scalable GTM tech-stack integrations, automate processes with Flows, and ensure data integrity across Salesforce, Yesware, LeanData, and adjacent systems. You’ll partner with Sales leadership to translate GTM strategies into clean, scalable workflows, support territory changes and pricing updates, maintain deduplication and lifecycle hygiene, and enable end users through documentation and training. The role requires deep Salesforce expertise, integration experience, SQL knowledge to validate data, and strong ownership with excellent English communication skills. Preferred qualifications include Salesforce Administrator certification and Apex/advanced Flow experience. The role is onsite at the Bogotá office five days a week.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Salesforce administration, Revenue Operations tooling, or a similar systems-focused commercial role
- Deep Salesforce expertise with primary Sales Cloud admin experience
- Integration experience connecting Salesforce to other systems
- Working knowledge of SQL sufficient to pull data, validate builds, and audit work
