Job Summary
Analyze client needs to implement Salesforce solutions that enhance operational efficiency and develop training materials to facilitate adoption of Salesforce technologies. Collaborate with clients to optimize business processes using Salesforce Lightning and Sales Cloud while engaging in project architecture and budgeting for successful implementations. Provide training and support for seamless integration of Salesforce applications, applying analytical thinking to interpret data and inform client recommendations. Manage and inspire team members to deliver quality work in complex situations while upholding professional and technical standards. Utilize a broad range of tools to generate new ideas and solve problems within the Commercial & Service Excellence practice.
Required Qualifications
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English
- Salesforce Certified Administrator
- Business Analyst certification
- Advanced Administrator certification
- Platform App Builder certification
- Other role-relevant Salesforce Cloud certifications
- Hands-on experience with Force.com platform
- Developing omni scripts
- Data Raptors
- FlexCards
- Lightning Web Components
- Knowledge of JSON
- Vlocity integration
- Translating customer requirements into functional configurations
- Experience with system integrations involving Salesforce
- Powerful RDBMS knowledge
- SQL query building
Desired Qualifications
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer and Information Science, Management Information Systems
