Job Summary
Lead role focusing on Salesforce & Omnichannel Data Analytics: integrate, validate and analyze data from CRM and digital platforms to create a unified view of customer activities; define and monitor KPIs across CRM and digital platforms; develop and automate omnichannel dashboards and deliver campaign performance metrics; perform ad-hoc deep dives and root-cause analyses to support strategic planning; ensure data quality and consistency across sources; acts as senior point of contact for analytics topics related to field force, digital and omnichannel performance; remote opportunity for candidates located in the UK and consortium with Bavarian Nordic's biotech focus.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics or related field
- Proven experience in omnichannel engagement analytics, digital campaigns, CRM metrics, field force performance and social media data analysis
- Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech or medical device industry is an advantage
- Proficiency in Power BI and Python for data analysis, automation and advanced analytics
- Advanced knowledge of CRM systems such as Veeva and Salesforce, marketing platforms (Marketing Cloud) and Google Analytics
- Strong database understanding for data integration, extraction, analysis and dashboard creation
- Fluency in English; German a plus
