Job Summary
Design, develop, and configure Salesforce OmniStudio applications to meet business process requirements while acting as a Subject Matter Expert to lead development efforts. Engage with cross-functional teams for decision-making, mentor team members, and facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions. Monitor and improve application performance continuously, providing scalable solutions to technical challenges. Requires 10+ years of Salesforce experience, 15 years of full-time education, and expertise in OmniStudio platform design and integration techniques. Remote position with a 7 pm to 4 am shift.
Required Qualifications
- 10+Yrs Salesforce experience
- Strong expertise in Salesforce OmniStudio platform
- Deep understanding of application design principles and integration techniques
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and team collaboration
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Minimum 10 years of relevant IT experience
- Must have completed 15 years of full-time education
