Job Summary
Design, develop, and implement robust nCino and Salesforce applications by configuring solutions using LWC, Visualforce, Flows, and REST/SOAP APIs. Build and support integrations between Salesforce, nCino, and external systems while ensuring scalability, performance, and security. Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support activities within an Agile environment, utilizing CLI, CI/CD pipelines, and GitLab. Troubleshoot complex technical issues and translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive enterprise-scale nCino and Salesforce transformation projects.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of overall IT experience
- 5+ years of hands-on nCino Development experience
- Strong experience working with Salesforce platform and its modules
- Expertise in nCino capabilities, configurations, and functionalities
- Experience with Salesforce Workflow Rules, Approval Processes, Visual Flow, and Process Builder
- Hands-on experience with nCino UI Framework
- Strong knowledge of Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, HTML5, JavaScript, CSS, Lightning, jQuery, and AJAX
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, XML, and JSON integrations
- Proficiency in deployment tools and practices including CLI, CI/CD, and GitLab
- Experience working in Agile development environments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Ability to design and develop high-quality nCino and Salesforce applications
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently
- Ability to work collaboratively within Agile teams and across multiple stakeholders
- Ability to manage integrations between Salesforce, nCino, and external systems
- Ability to follow development best practices, coding standards, and deployment processes
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing business and technical requirements
- Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
