Job Summary
Architect, develop, and optimize complex Salesforce solutions across CRM, Loyalty Management, Service Cloud, Agentforce, and Data Cloud platforms using Apex, Lightning Components, and advanced JavaScript. Execute comprehensive test plans, perform unit and integration testing, and support user acceptance testing to validate functionality and reliability. Design scalable, maintainable solution architectures that integrate robustly with external systems while ensuring data consistency and security. Troubleshoot complex technical issues, analyze root causes, and implement performance optimizations to meet scalability demands. Mentor junior developers on coding best practices, continuous integration/delivery, and foster a culture of innovation.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in Salesforce development, with a proven track record across Salesforce CRM, Service Cloud, and related platform capabilities
- 3+ years of experience with JavaScript
- Experience building scalable, maintainable Salesforce Flow solutions
- Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning components, SOQL, and SOSL
- Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST APIs, Middleware, Platform Events and other integration tools
- Advanced knowledge of Salesforce Tooling and Metadata
- Demonstrated experience in requirements gathering and translating business needs into technical solutions
- Demonstrated experience in architecting and implementing complex Salesforce integrations and customizations
- Strong foundation in CRM principles, data modelling, and software architecture
- Experience delivering AI, Agentforce and automation solutions using technologies such as Salesforce Agentforce, Data Cloud, Prompt Builder, Agent Script, Claude, APIs and workflow automation tools
- Salesforce Developer Certification, Platform Developer II, Salesforce Administrator and any relevant advanced certifications
- Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools like GitHub and Salesforce DX
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to share knowledge and work effectively within a team
Desired Qualifications
- Additional Salesforce certifications related to specific clouds (e.g., Service Cloud Consultant, Marketing Cloud Consultant etc )
- Experience with one or more of the following: Loyalty Management, Salesforce Voice, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, Agentforce or Amazon Connect
