Salesforce Marketing Delivery Lead (6 month contract)

Job Summary
Lead a team of Salesforce specialists to define best case marketing use cases and requirements on data; own the delivery plan for a detailed definition of a Salesforce Data360 implementation, leading workshops with clients to define requirements, priorities and data needs; own dependency management across programmes and technical initiatives to ensure aligned delivery; support the internal team in analysing existing data quality and identify gaps that prevent key marketing use cases to be delivered; support CDP vendor selection (Data360) through requirements definition and scoring frameworks; support definition of the CDP data maturity roadmap from initial datasets through to a full Customer 360 view; support in establishing integration approaches to enable seamless audience activation across channels; develop and manage a phased rollout plan with clear country-level milestones; lead business change planning, including training and enablement across markets.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience delivering Salesforce enabled marketing programmes or customer data transformation programmes
- Strong understanding of customer data architecture for marketing enablement and data governance
- Salesforce Expert
- Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
- Strong stakeholder management across business and technology teams
- Experience in multi-market rollout and change management
