Job Summary

Own the data strategy within the marketing measurement ecosystem and directly influence how data powers strategy, optimization, and business impact. Partner with executives and cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven insights that guide performance measurement, optimization, and decisions. Champion analytics innovation by enhancing data capabilities for digital transformation and growth. Build, manage, and optimize analytics across omnichannel marketing campaigns, MarTech platforms, CRM systems, and databases. Implement and improve conversion tracking and data collection using GA4, Google Tag Manager, and ad pixels with enterprise schemas. Deliver reporting across weekly, monthly, and ad hoc cadences including campaign effectiveness, ROI, attribution, and pipeline forecasting. Design and maintain dashboards using Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools to provide clear performance visibility. Develop audience segments for targeting and personalization using behavioral, CRM, and campaign data. Ensure data quality, governance, compliance, and adherence to benchmarks while promoting a test-and-learn culture through mentorship across the marketing team.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Marketing, or a related discipline
  • Minimum five (5) years of progressive experience in marketing analytics, digital analytics, or data analysis
  • Expert-level proficiency with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, and Google Ads (certification preferred)
  • Experience working with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar technologies
  • Demonstrated ability to measure and analyze performance across integrated marketing channels (CRM, AI-driven tools, email, paid and organic media, SEO/SEM, social, and web)
  • Advanced proficiency building dashboards and visualizations using Looker Studio (Data Studio), Power BI, Tableau, or comparable BI tools
  • Bonus experience with cloud data platforms and analytical tools such as BigQuery, Snowflake, AWS, Azure, or Python
  • Strong understanding of data management, governance, system integration best practices, and regulatory compliance
  • Solutions-oriented mindset with curiosity for innovation and experimentation
  • Excellent communication skills with cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder presentations
