Salesforce Marketing Data Analyst III (Onsite)

Lead the data strategy within the marketing measurement ecosystem and enable data-driven decision making by delivering actionable insights that optimize campaigns, measure performance, and drive growth. Partner with executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams to provide data-informed recommendations for performance measurement, optimization, and forecasting. Build and optimize analytics across omnichannel marketing campaigns, MarTech platforms, CRM, and databases; implement and improve conversion tracking and data collection using GA4, Google Tag Manager, and enterprise schemas. Deliver reporting across weekly, monthly, and ad hoc cadences, design and maintain dashboards in Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools, and develop audience segments for targeting and personalization. Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance while promoting a test-and-learn culture and mentor the marketing team.
