Salesforce & Marketing Cloud Systems Administrator

Job Summary
Build proactive relationships with business units and the sys admin group by understanding their needs and translating requirements into scalable, best-practice Salesforce & Marketing Cloud solutions. Complete configuration changes including Flows, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards, and reports. Manage data quality through imports, cleansing, error identification, and automation implementation while overseeing user, license, role, profile, permission, and sharing rule administration. Collaborate with System Architects, Super Users, and the QA team to ensure integrated applications undergo end-to-end testing and that environment maintenance, security reviews, and release updates proceed smoothly.
Required Qualifications
- 0-2 years of relevant experience
- Experience with active releases of SQL Server
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Salesforce and Marketing Cloud
- Knowledge of Agent360 and Data360
- Technical experience with data collection, query writing, data mining and technical documentation
- Excellent interpersonal skills to work with all levels within the organization
- Knowledge of data quality assurance
- Knowledge of data validation and administration
- Excellent problem-solving skills
