Salesforce & Marketing Cloud Systems Administrator

Job Summary
Build proactive relationships with business units and the sys admin group to understand needs and translate requirements into scalable Salesforce & Marketing Cloud solutions. Complete configuration changes for flows, assignment rules, approval processes, and mobile administration while defining priorities and communicating platform updates to stakeholders. Own data management by implementing automation rules, performing imports and cleansing, and correcting corrupt data to enhance quality and reliability. Manage environment maintenance through security reviews, release updates, and health checks, while overseeing user license management, roles, and permissions. Collaborate with System Architects, Super Users, and the QA team to ensure integrated applications undergo end-to-end testing.
Required Qualifications
- 0-2 years of relevant experience
- Experience with active releases of SQL Server
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Salesforce and Marketing Cloud
- Knowledge of Agent360 and Data360
- Technical experience with data collection, query writing, data mining and technical documentation
- Excellent interpersonal skills to work with all levels within the organization
- Knowledge of data quality assurance
- Knowledge of data validation and administration
- Excellent problem-solving skills
