Job Summary
Design and execute omni-channel marketing campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud to ensure a unified customer experience. Develop and optimize customer journeys using Journey Builder for personalized experiences. Design and code responsive HTML email templates for effective communication across devices. Collaborate with Marketing teams and stakeholders to ensure timely cross-channel execution. Develop and implement marketing automation processes to streamline repetitive tasks and improve efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science)
- Proven experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Segment or CDP platforms
- Expertise in utilizing Journey Builder to create seamless and engaging customer experiences
- Strong experience in designing and coding responsive HTML email templates for optimal display across devices
- Comprehensive knowledge of industry best practices in designing and implementing omni-channel journeys
