Job Summary
Manager-level role leading Salesforce LwC, Veeva, and Health Cloud engagements at PwC Acceleration Centers. Lead development and implementation of Salesforce solutions, oversee project success, mentor junior staff, and drive end-to-end architecture across commercial platforms including CRM, omnichannel, data platforms, and downstream systems. Define and govern architecture, ensure data interoperability, and translate commercial requirements into scalable solutions. Travel not specified; candidates ideally align with EST/UTC time zones while working remotely from Bangalore. Key responsibilities include supervising teams, maintaining timelines and quality, collaborating with stakeholders, and promoting innovation within the team.
Required Qualifications
- Manager level experience
- Experience with Salesforce and Veeva platforms (Vault)
- Azure experience including integration services (APIs, messaging, data services)
- Strong understanding of integration patterns and cloud-native design
- Ability to lead architecture across commercial platforms and data ecosystems
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Experience in life sciences or regulated industries (preferred)
