Job Summary
Develop and implement Salesforce Lightning applications to enhance client service capabilities while managing Service Cloud projects that align with client requirements and timelines. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate solutions with existing business systems, utilizing analytical thinking to address technical challenges in implementations. Design and optimize business processes, provide technical consultation for administration and customization, and create training materials to support user adoption. Lead development of these deliverables within client service engagements, mentoring junior team members and fostering their growth. Engage in continuous learning to stay updated on emerging Salesforce technologies and trends.
Required Qualifications
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English
Desired Qualifications
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer and Information Science, Management Information Systems
- At least one of the following: Salesforce Certified Administrator; additional Salesforce certifications such as Business Analyst, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or other role-relevant Salesforce Cloud certifications
- Demonstrating proficiency in Salesforce Lightning and Salesforce Service Cloud
- Utilizing analytical thinking to solve complex business problems
- Embracing change and emerging technologies in client service engagements
- Developing training materials for Salesforce applications
- Implementing technology solutions with a focus on enterprise integration
