Job Summary
Lead Salesforce Service Cloud implementations and integrations to enhance client support capabilities. Develop and manage project architecture and budgeting for Salesforce solutions. Utilize Salesforce Lightning and Apex to customize and optimize business applications. Conduct business process modeling to align Salesforce solutions with client needs. Implement technology integration strategies to streamline enterprise software systems. Provide technical consultation and support for Salesforce administration and innovation. Create and maintain training materials to facilitate user adoption and system proficiency. Collaborate with teams to develop innovative designs and emerging technology solutions. Analyze business systems to identify opportunities for process standardization and improvement. Engage in requirements elicitation to define project scope and deliverables. Mentoring junior team members and contributing to a client-focused consulting practice within PwC Acceleration Center India.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 4+ years of experience
- Salesforce Lightning and Apex proficiency
- Salesforce Service Cloud experience
- Salesforce Certified Administrator (or related certifications such as Platform App Builder, Advanced Administrator)
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Proficiency in English
