Job Summary
Lead Salesforce consulting engagements focusing on LwC, Apex, and integration to optimize client operational efficiency. Analyze client needs, design and implement Salesforce solutions, provide training and support for seamless integration, manage enterprise integration projects, and oversee architecture, budgeting, and delivery. Build and mentor high-performing teams, apply systems thinking to identify underlying problems, drive innovative design leveraging emerging technologies, and cultivate client relationships to address business challenges. Expect hands-on leadership in project delivery, training material development, and ensuring quality outcomes across complex Salesforce initiatives in a global PwC Acceleration Center setting.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- 12+ years of experience in Salesforce/technology consulting
- Salesforce platform knowledge (Lightning, Sales Cloud)
- Salesforce certifications such as Administrator, Platform App Builder (or other relevant Cloud certifications)
- Experience leading enterprise integration projects
- Ability to develop training materials and coach teams
- Strong communication and client relationship skills
- Proficiency in English
