Job Summary
Analyze client needs to implement Salesforce solutions that enhance operational efficiency, providing training and support for seamless application integration. Collaborate with clients to develop and optimize business processes using Salesforce Service Cloud while leveraging Lightning and Administration skills to deliver tailored solutions. Engage in project architecture and budgeting to align with strategic objectives, applying analytical thinking to interpret data and inform recommendations. Manage systems project management tasks to support successful technology implementation and build meaningful client connections to foster long-term relationships. Utilize emerging technologies to drive innovation and improve client outcomes within the Commercial & Service Excellence practice.
Required Qualifications
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English
Desired Qualifications
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer and Information Science, Management Information Systems
- At least one of the following: Salesforce Certified Administrator; additional Salesforce certifications such as Business Analyst, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or other role-relevant Salesforce Cloud certifications
- Possessing experience in Lightning Web Components and Apex
- Demonstrating skills in API integration and workflow automation
- Excelling in developing scalable solutions and backend logic
- Crafting dynamic AgentForce workflows and AI-driven decision models
- Utilizing CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments
- Collaborating effectively with product owners and analysts
