Job Summary
Seasoned Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud (LSC) Expert to provide strategic and technical guidance on Event Management and Order Management modules within Salesforce LSC. The role combines advisory and hands-on configuration/development, aligning LSC capabilities with Pharma/Life Sciences business processes, collaborating with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions, reviewing designs for best practices, and supporting integrations, data models, and reporting. Expected to act as a trusted advisor for Salesforce adoption, optimization, and governance, with a focus on events, ordering, compliance, and customer engagement.
Required Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Salesforce Platform (configuration and development)
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud (LSC)
- Deep knowledge of Event Management and Order Management modules
- Proven experience in Pharma / Life Sciences business processes
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security, flows, and automation
- Ability to provide both strategic guidance and hands-on support
- Trailhead profile must be shared as part of evaluation
