Job Summary
Act as the primary interface between Fuels Marketing and the Global Salesforce Product team to translate commercial strategies into actionable technical requirements. Accountable for optimizing Salesforce adoption, ensuring accurate sales pipeline utilization, and driving standardization of data, reporting, and dashboards. Lead cross-functional integration with Pricing, Supply, Credit, and IT to align tools with real-time market dynamics and "index is market" execution. Define fuels-specific KPIs, deliver actionable insights to leadership, and facilitate training to eliminate workflow friction. This role supports revenue growth and margin optimization within the Fuels Marketing department at a Fortune 500 energy company.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Data Analytics or Economics
- 7 - 12+ years in fuels, energy, or B2B commercial environment
- Strong understanding of fuels marketing dynamics (pricing, supply, logistics, customer structures)
- Proven ability to translate business needs into clear processes, needs, deliverables for the Global Salesforce Product team to develop and implement necessary technical requirements
- Experience working cross-functionally with IT, data, and commercial teams
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce (Sales Cloud; CPQ a plus)
