Job Summary
Lead Salesforce Technical Lead to oversee design, development, and deployment of Salesforce solutions. Responsible for leading technical teams, ensuring alignment with best practices, and delivering scalable solutions to meet business needs. Combines strong technical expertise with leadership to drive success across Salesforce products and architectures. Onsite 4-5 days per week in Boston.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce development and administration
- 2+ years in a technical leadership or team lead role
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and JavaScript
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Public Sector Cloud and Salesforce products (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud)
- Experience with REST/SOAP API integrations, middleware (e.g., MuleSoft), and third-party tools
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, Azure DevOps)
- Salesforce certifications (preferred) such as Platform Developer I & II, Architect
