Job Summary
Design and maintain integrations between Salesforce and enterprise applications like NetSuite, Snowflake, HubSpot, and Gong using Workato or similar iPaaS platforms. Serve as a Salesforce subject-matter expert to troubleshoot issues, advise on data architecture, and perform light administration including flows and permission sets. Partner with Revenue Operations to translate business processes into scalable integration workflows, while documenting architecture and design decisions for stakeholders. Troubleshoot and debug data accuracy issues across cloud applications, support Salesforce release management, and coordinate integration testing alongside platform changes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in integration development
- Strong understanding of Salesforce's application and data structure (objects, fields, relationships, sharing model)
- Some Salesforce administration experience
- Proven, hands-on expertise building integrations using Workato or a comparable iPaaS platform (Zapier, MuleSoft, Dell Boomi)
- Familiarity with enterprise business applications such as NetSuite, Snowflake, HubSpot, Gong, or similar tools, including how their data models and APIs typically integrate with a CRM
- Strong knowledge of integration methods: REST/SOAP APIs, webhooks, pub/sub, event-driven architecture, and ETL/data transformation processes
- Familiarity with authentication and authorization standards (OAuth2, JWT, SAML, API keys)
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with event-driven/messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, AWS SQS)
- Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform App Builder) and/or integration platform certifications (Workato, MuleSoft, Boomi)
