Job Summary
Conduct live training sessions, webinars, and workshops for various user groups while customizing programs to meet specific departmental needs. Deliver one-on-one or group instruction, create engaging interactive content such as video tutorials and e-learning modules, and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base for common issues. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Salesforce-related problems, evaluate program effectiveness through assessments and feedback, and collaborate with administrators to stay updated on new features. Maintain detailed records of attendance and performance metrics, ensuring all training materials remain current with the latest Salesforce releases.
Required Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Information Technology, Business Administration)
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Advanced Administrator, or Salesforce Trainer (such as the Salesforce Certified Instructor)
- Hands-on experience using Salesforce, including familiarity with its various modules (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.)
- Prior experience in training or teaching, preferably in a corporate or educational setting
- Office time: 2:00 PM IST to 11:00 PM IST
Desired Qualifications
- Degree: A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Information Technology, Business Administration) is often preferred.
