Job Summary
Create instructor-led training events for dedicated Salesforce groups, managing curriculum implementation and ensuring accurate, complete delivery. Host ongoing office hours and follow-up sessions, then gather feedback from trainees and managers via formal and informal methods to share with the core implementation team. Simplify complex concepts through stories and examples to provide soft skills and real-life Salesforce implementations, engaging audiences both virtually and in person. Work closely with instructional designers to develop and update training materials. Requires native English proficiency (C1/C2), minimum two years of Salesforce Instructor experience, and Salesforce Certified Administrator certification. Competitive hourly payment.
Required Qualifications
- Native English or CEFR certified with not less than C1, C2 levels
- Min 1 year of experience for Teaching Assistant Role
- Min 2 years of experience for Salesforce Instructor Role
- 3 years teaching especially in the field of training on systems, particularly SFDC
- Advanced understanding of the SFDC platform and its functionality
- Experience with LMS environments
- Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA)
Desired Qualifications
- Educational background in the field is a plus
