Job Summary
Salesforce Group Lead to head a distributed Salesforce engineering team across Eastern Europe. Responsibilities include people management for a team of 8 engineers (backend and Salesforce frontend), setting direction, tracking workload and performance, overseeing Salesforce-based application development, leading Python-based backend integrations, ensuring code quality and scalable solutions, and delivering on roadmaps in close collaboration with Product Management. Must manage delivery timelines, translate roadmap items into actionable plans, and maintain strong cross-functional collaboration as the Salesforce-facing point of contact with product, architecture, and other teams.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of engineering management experience
- Proven Salesforce developer or Salesforce team manager experience
- Fluent English
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, processes, and deployment models
- Hands-on backend experience with Python-based integrations
- Experience leading distributed and multicultural engineering teams
- Strong execution mindset and stakeholder management
Desired Qualifications

- 2+ years managing group-level or multi-team structures
- Experience as a Salesforce developer or Salesforce team manager
- Fluent English
