Job Summary
Analyze client needs to implement Salesforce solutions that enhance operational efficiency and optimize business processes using Salesforce Service Cloud. Provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of Salesforce applications, developing materials to facilitate client adoption. Collaborate with stakeholders to customize Field Service functionalities, integrate systems, and enhance resource scheduling. Interpret data to inform strategic recommendations while managing system projects to validate timely delivery. Address client challenges through technical consultation, embracing emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement in client services.
Required Qualifications
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English
Desired Qualifications
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer and Information Science, Management Information Systems
- At least one of the following: Salesforce Certified Administrator; additional Salesforce certifications such as Business Analyst, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or other role-relevant Salesforce Cloud certifications
- Demonstrating proficiency in Salesforce Lightning and Salesforce Service Cloud
- Significant implementation experience with Salesforce Field Service
- Collaborating with stakeholders for technical designs
- Customizing Salesforce Field Service functionalities
- Integrating Salesforce with other systems
- Enhancing resource scheduling and dispatching
- Developing custom reports and dashboards
- Conducting thorough testing and debugging
- Familiarity with integration platforms and data management
